Research and Development

Research and Development is an ongoing process.  What is acceptable today can be changed with new knowledge tomorrow.  New products are developed, while continuous improvement is in place for existing products.

Eugene has created and written over 2500 documented internal papers, documents, reports, and instructions.  Since this information is proprietary, it is not shared with published works located in various journals.  If this information were shared (even by patent), other companies would re-develop clones of these products for their own gain.  For this reason, most private sector chemists are not allowed to publish their works.

Research - studious inquiry or examination.
Develop - to become apparent.
